Daily Question Answer-Something “goal-oriented” I’ve done is dance, and upping a level. Some people have advantages to being better at dancing. Like having years of experience or it could be something like having natural flexibility, whether genetically or “God-given.” For example, one may go further and higher into a leap if they have their splits/extended splits. Because then, they can spread their legs apart further when they go into their leap. This reflects on what we read in “The Matthew Effect” By having advantages. For example, most of the guys on hockey teams are born in January, February, or March because they are older, more mature, and experienced then the kids 10 months younger than them. I agree with him because, if someone is older, and have been put through more difficult classes/levels so that overall, they have more experience than the younger kids in that same level. Some of Gladwells convincing sources are how it isn’t only hockey that has this age difference dilemma. It is also sports such as soccer!
